Latina Business Network of New York to Host Annual Charity Gala June 3; Honoring Commissioner Rossana Rosado
May 1, 2026 — The Latina Business Network of New York (LABNNY) proudly announces its Annual Charity Gala, taking place Wednesday, June 3, 2026, at The Fox Hollow in Woodbury, New York. As the organization’s signature event, the Gala brings together Latina leaders, entrepreneurs, and professionals from across New York to celebrate excellence, leadership, and community impact.
This year’s Gala will feature Commissioner Rossana Rosado as the Keynote Speaker, recognizing her trailblazing contributions to media, public service, and education. Commissioner Rosado currently serves as Commissioner of the New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services and previously held the role of New York’s 66th Secretary of State. She also made history as the first female Publisher of El Diario La Prensa.
Her distinguished career extends into academia, where she has served as a Distinguished Lecturer at John Jay College of Criminal Justice. Her work across government, media, and education exemplifies the leadership and advocacy that LABNNY is committed to fostering within the Latina professional community.

During the program, guests will also experience exclusive excerpts from Commissioner Rosado’s newly released book, offering a personal and inspiring perspective on her journey and legacy.
In continued commitment to philanthropy, proceeds from the Gala will benefit Pronto of Long Island, a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing essential services, food assistance, and support programs to individuals and families in need across the region.
