On this episode of Café con Felo, Chancellor Félix V. Matos Rodríguez speaks with Commissioner Rossana Rosade of the NY State Division of Criminal Justice Services. Ms. Rosado grew up in the Bronx with a large family, tales she recounts in her new book, Bronx Attitude. Ms. Rosado talks about her career including as editor and publisher of El Diario NY, and her time in the criminal justice system. She was appointed the Acting Commissioner of the NY State Division of Criminal Justice Services by Governor Kathy Hochul in 2022.
